Terms of service for Strilio.

These terms govern access to the CRM platform and related mailbox and calendar integrations offered by Strilio.

By using the product, customers agree to these terms together with the privacy policy and any applicable commercial agreement.

1. Service scope

Strilio is a business software service for managing customer data, activities, communication, appointments, and related workflows. Certain features depend on third-party services such as Google, Microsoft, and Apple.

2. Customer responsibilities

  • Keep workspace credentials secure and limit access to authorized users.
  • Use the service lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes.
  • Provide required notices or permissions to their own end customers where applicable.
  • Configure mailbox or calendar connections only for accounts they are authorized to use.
  • Keep third-party provider permissions, app-specific passwords, and tenant admin approvals under their control.

3. Third-party providers

Some functionality depends on Google, Microsoft, Apple, and other service providers. Their availability, API rules, manual credential flows, or security requirements may affect how integrations behave. The customer remains responsible for its own provider subscriptions, permissions, manual credentials, app-specific passwords, and tenant admin approvals where needed.

4. Acceptable use

Customers may not use the service to:

  • Violate privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, or interfere with the platform.
  • Ingest or process mailbox or calendar data for unlawful surveillance, spam, or harmful automation.
  • Use connected provider data in ways that breach Google, Microsoft, Apple, or applicable law.

5. Data handling and privacy

Data handling practices are described in the public privacy policy. Customers remain responsible for the content they upload, sync, schedule, or send through the service and for their own controller obligations toward their contacts and users.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access if needed to protect the service, comply with legal requirements, respond to provider enforcement, or address material breaches of these terms. Customers may stop using the service and request deletion subject to the published deletion process and any retained legal records.

7. Warranty and liability limits

The service is provided on a commercial best-effort basis subject to applicable agreements and mandatory law. To the maximum extent permitted, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service period unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgium and applicable EU law, unless mandatory law requires a different rule.
