Public deletion process

How to disconnect access and request deletion.

Users and customer administrators can disconnect a mailbox or calendar integration, revoke provider access, and ask for data deletion related to Strilio from the steps below.

1. Disconnect inside the product

  1. Sign in to the workspace that connected the mailbox or calendar.
  2. Open the mailbox, email, or scheduling settings area for the workspace.
  3. Disconnect the Google or Microsoft account that should no longer sync, or remove the manual iCloud connection where available.

2. Revoke provider access

  1. Open the connected Google or Microsoft account security settings, or Apple account settings for iCloud manual credentials.
  2. Find the app entry for Strilio or the related app-specific password/manual credential.
  3. Revoke access, rotate the app-specific password, or remove the saved credential to stop further provider-side authorization.

3. Request deletion

Send deletion or privacy requests to support@strilio.io. Include the workspace name, mailbox or calendar address, provider, and whether you are requesting disconnection only or deletion of stored data.

4. What happens next

We review the request, validate authority where necessary, and process the deletion according to the privacy policy, customer contract, and legal retention obligations. Security and audit records may be retained where strictly necessary.
